Only one more Friday before Labor day weekend and the unofficial end of Summer.
That means it’s almost time for Summer to begin here in San Francisco. That’s right—I’ve been making my low FODMAP chili, chocolate chip cookies, and all sorts of other treats more typically associated with Winter. I like to keep my InstantPot busy!

I used thinly sliced potatoes and zucchini, and equal parts egg whites and whole eggs. It wasn’t bad for a first try. But i’m still on the hunt for a perfect make-ahead breakfast dish…Wish me luck!
