Happy Friday!!
Although it’s still more like Winter than Spring here in the SF Bay Area, I’m ready for warm weather. So much so that I made some quick and easy blueberry ice cream last night. I’ll get the recipe onto the blog ASAP so you too can have a bowl full of blueberry goodness for dessert.
My big project today is going to be tackling the cupboards that hold all of my baking supplies. I’m tired of hitting myself on the head with falling cupcake liners and sprinkles every time I pull something out of my over-the-stove shelves.
I’d been using a random assortment of totes and bins to corral everything up there, but it’s been a little haphazard lately. Plus, I’m pretty sure some of the gluten-free flours I purchased when we first started our low FODMAP diet journey may be past their use-by date.
I’d recently purchased some larger bins from The Container Store for organizing my canned goods and freezer. So I went ahead and got a few more of those, and an assortment of smaller bins so I can tackle all the pantry items in a more coordinated manner. Wish me luck!
And now, on with this week’s low FODMAP recipes…

- For those of you who love raspberries like my resident dessert-first advocate, you’ll want to try these Raspberry Gluten Free Cheesecake Brownies from Becky Excel at Gluten Free Cuppa Tea.
- I love coleslaw, and it gets the perfect pairing in this Low-FODMAP Asian Sesame Coleslaw With Teriyaki Chicken from Very Well Fit.
- This Lamb Rendang recipe from The Fat Foodie had me at the tamarind paste.
- Like most people, every so often I get a craving for a fried, cheesy treat. I’m going to try this Low FODMAP Mozzarella Sticks recipe from FODMAP Formula in my Air Fryer.
