Today is a big day for me.
You see, every year, in the first week of the year, I set aside a couple days to bake cookies to send to friends and clients.
And today is my dough-making day!
I’m starting off with prepping the dough for my gluten-free chocolate shortbread, Merry Christmas cookies, and my gluten-free peppermint surprise cookies. Then I’ll bake gluten-free Madeleines to have something on hand to eat that doesn’t need decorating. And, finally, I’ll start working on the biscotti dough recipes.
