When we started on the low-FODMAP diet, it felt a little overwhelming. There were so many things on our “do not eat” list, and pretty much all of them seemed to make their way into most of the packaged food in our cupboards. Not to mention the garlic and onions that were in just about every condiment or sauce in our refrigerator door. Clearly, I needed some really solid low-FODMAP diet cookbooks to add to my bookshelves.
