Easy Blueberry Ice Cream
Bursting with fresh fruit flavor, this easy blueberry ice cream takes less prep than a typical smoothie.
  1. Wash the blueberries and divide the pint of blueberries into two equal portions.
  2. Put half the blueberries and both milks into the blender. Close the lid and blend for 1 minute until blueberries have been incorporated throughout the mixture.
  3. Pour into the ice cream maker and set timer for one hour or as per the manufacturer’s instructions.
  4. After ice cream maker completes its cycle, pour into a freezer-safe tub and freeze for 1-2 hours before serving.
  5. For best results, after the ice cream has frozen through, you’ll want to set it out on the counter for ten minutes before scooping to avoid it having an icy consistency.
