Last Summer, we took a short trip to Seattle as a mini vacation. As we were walking PIke’s Place Market, we came across Radiator Whiskey. This excellent bar featured BBQ, tater tots and a slew of amazing whiskey-based cocktails. It was there that I fell in love with the bourbon margarita….
Although it looks like our hopes for an Orange October are dashed (I mean, it IS an odd year, so what were we expecting?) I wanted to share one of my favorite all-time cocktails, which we named the Giants Cocktail both because of its color and the fact that we made it for the first time during one of the SF Giants’ World Series showdowns….
